Senator Wagoner, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                                                 
the adoption of the Resources Committee Substitute offered on page                                                              
1902. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 159(RES) "An                                                                    
Act establishing the Susitna State Forest; urging the Governor to                                                               
acquire forest land that is currently in the Tongass National Forest;

Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                                                
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
